Those days remain a cherished part of my life.<br /><br />Yes, it really is okay to slow down and to say "no" to too much busyness. I made my coasters by winding strips of fabric around medium sized rope, then coiling the rope using a hot glue gun to keep it in place. I made a tight braid and then circled them on a stiff piece of cardboard and then trimmed it out.
